When will my order arrive?

Can I customise a ready-to-buy piece?

No — ready-to-buy pieces are made to a fixed design and sold exactly as shown. If you'd like to choose your own colours, pick a DIY kit.

What comes in a DIY kit?

Each kit lists its exact contents on its page. Most include a primed clay base or canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, a sealer and step-by-step instructions.

How do I watch a masterclass after buying it?

Your access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Open My Courses and sign in with the email you used at checkout. No password yet? Choose “Email me a code”.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest — your receipt comes by email, and you can sign in later with a one-time code to see all your orders.
